I set up Inner Rhythm in 2004 as a music business consultancy - and as the director, I speak, write and consult on the themes of independent music business strategy, music entrepreneurship and music marketing. I’m a musician myself.

I fused together my passion of results psychology (see wiki: ‘NLP‘) with the music business and I spent a lot of time working one-on-one with musicians from around the world by phone and in-person. Since then, the ideas, strategies and models have produced massive results and case studies that made other independent musicians sit up and listen.

The objective of Inner Rhythm has since evolved. I have a team working with me, at workshops and on the internet, that allow our resources and programs to tailor musicians:

• Who want to grow a bigger following
• Who want to sell more music using the internet as a fast and low cost medium 
• Who want to get more paid gigs locally, nationally and internationally
• Who would like to grow their teaching career and get a full-time schedule

To date, I have written a number of short reports on the topics of making money with music, getting more gigs and launching one’s music record successfully. I am the creator of the popular Musicians Mastermind program, an internet-based training program to help musicians promote and sell their music.

I also run numerous workshops lasting from just a few hours to two days long.
